Imari porcelain chocolate bowl and associated saucer China, Qing Dynasty, Kangxi, early 18th century

SOLD

The bowl and saucer are each of circular form and are decorated with floral and foliate sprays in underglaze blue with overglaze red and gilt highlights.

Dimensions

Bowl: 8cm wide, 8cm high. Saucer: 14cm wide

Condition

There are small chips to the rim of the bowl. On chip has a small hairline crack. There are some minor marks, scratches and rubbing to the glaze and decoration of both pieces. Otherwise they are in good condition.
