The cup is of circular form with a wide shallow bowl and lip, raised on a short foot. The central design in gold hiramaki-e and takamaki-e is of a Shinto shrine in the middle of a lake. The reverse is in red with a pine tree design in gold and signed with a three character mark to the foot in gold.
10.5cm wide, 2.5cm high
There is a small nick to the rim. There are some minor marks and scratches. Otherwise it is in good condition.
