An Imari porcelain tea bowl and saucer Japan, Edo Period, circa 1730

SOLD

The bowl and saucer are both of circular form and decorated with floral sprays in underglaze blue and with overglaze red, orange and gold enamels.

Dimensions

Bowl: 7cm wide, 4.5cm high. Saucer: 12cm wide

Condition

There are some small nicks to the rim of the bowl. There is some small areas of fritting to the rim of the saucer. They are otherwise both in good condition.
